The 2007 Swedish Golf Tour, titled as the 2007 Telia Tour for sponsorship reasons, was the 24th season of the Swedish Golf Tour, the main professional golf tour in Sweden since it was formed in 1984, with most tournaments being incorporated into the Nordic Golf League since 1999. Rikard Karlberg
Rikard Karlberg (born 1 December 1986 ) is a Swedish professional golfer. He won the 2015 Open d'Italia on the European Tour after winning a play-off against Martin Kaymer. He has also won twice on the Asian Tour and won the 2007 Nordic Golf League Order of Merit. Early life and amateur career Rikard Karlberg was born on 1 December 1986 in Gothenburg, Sweden. He represented Sweden at the 2003 European Boys' Team Championship in the Czech Republic and at the 2004 European Youths' Team Championship in Ireland. Professional career He turned professional in 2006. He topped the Nordic League rankings in 2007 to earn a tour card on the Challenge Tour. Oskar Henningsson
Oskar Karl Henningsson (born 10 August 1985) is a Swedish professional golfer. Henningsson was born in Eksjö and later moved to Gränna. He turned professional in 2004. Henningsson reached the final stage of the European Tour Qualifying School in 2004 to gain a place on the second tier Challenge Tour for 2005. He had little success, and lost his playing status after just two seasons. Having mostly played in minor tournaments in Sweden for two years, he returned to the qualifying school at the end of 2008. He came out with the number one card for the European Tour, becoming the first player ever to be medalist at qualifying school having gone through all three stages. In 2009, Henningsson won his first European Tour title at the Moravia Silesia Open in the Czech Republic. He came from behind in the final round with a 5 under par 67 to finish 2 strokes ahead of overnight leader Steve Webster and Sam Little. 2007 Challenge Tour
The 2007 Challenge Tour was the 19th season of the Challenge Tour, the official development tour to the European Tour. The tour started as the Satellite Tour with its first Order of Merit rankings in 1989 and was officially renamed as the Challenge Tour at the start of the 1990 season. The Challenge Tour Rankings were won by France's Mike Lorenzo-Vera. Schedule The following table lists official events during the 2007 season. Iain Pyman
Iain Pyman (born 3 March 1973) is an English professional golfer. Early life and amateur career Pyman was born in Whitby. He won the Carris Trophy in 1991, and played in a winning Jacques Léglise Trophy team the same year. In 1993 he won The Amateur Championship by defeating Paul Page after 37 holes at Royal Portrush, and was the leading amateur in The Open Championship at Royal St George's. He played in the Walker Cup at the end of 1993. Professional career Pyman turned professional in 1994. His career has fluctuated between seasons on the main European Tour and seasons on the second tier Challenge Tour. He has won eight tournaments on the Challenge Tour, more than any other player, but has not won on the European Tour.
