2006–07 Toyota Racing Series
The 2006–07 Toyota Racing Series was the third Toyota Racing Series season. It began on 4 November 2006 at Pukekohe Park Raceway in New Zealand and ended on 22 April 2007, also at Pukekohe. Dominic Storey (born 15 October 1989) is a racing driver from New Zealand. He currently drives the No. 63 Holden VF Commodore for Eggleston Motorsport in the Dunlop Super2 Series. Career Formula BMW After a karting career in his native New Zealand, Storey made his single–seater debut in 2006 in Formula BMW Asia, finishing the season fourth overall whilst teammate to current Formula 1 star Daniel Ricciardo. Earl Anderson Bamber (born 9 July 1990) is a professional racing driver from New Zealand, currently competing as a factory driver for Porsche Motorsport in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTLM class. He is the 2014 Porsche Supercup and double Porsche Carrera Cup Asia champion. He has also won the 24 Hours of Le Mans twice, having won in 2015 with Nico Hülkenberg and Nick Tandy and 2017 with Timo Bernhard and Brendon Hartley. Leanne Ferrier (sometimes known as Leanne Tander, born 5 June 1980 in Sydney, Australia) is an Australian race car driver having raced cars such as Formula Ford, Formula 3 and in the Supercars Championship. Ken Smith (racing Driver)
Kenneth James Smith (born 11 August 1941) is a New Zealand motor racing driver, who won the New Zealand Grand Prix in 1976, 1990, and 2004. Smith first competed in motor racing in 1958, winning the New Zealand Hill Climb championship when he was 16. He progressed to single seater racing in 1962, first driving a Lola March T, Formula Junior car. Later he raced in Formula Ford, Formula 5000, Formula Pacific, Formula Mondial, and Toyota Racing Series among others Smith won the Gold Star Drivers Award in the 1975–1976, 1983–1984, 1984–1985, 1986–1987 and 1989–1990 seasons. In 2011 Smith won the Formula 5000 Revival championship for the third time. David Besnard
David Besnard, (born 21 January 1977 in Sydney, Australia) is a retired professional racing driver. Career history Starting in karts in 1991, he quickly proceeded into Formula Ford in 1995. After initial success, he had a major accident at Eastern Creek Raceway and broke his leg.
