2007 Masters Of Sprint
The 2007 Masters of Sprint was held on 6 January 2007 in Rotterdam Ahoy Sportpaleis in Rotterdam. The event was held for the first time and scheduled in between the 2007 Six Days of Rotterdam. Nine of the world's best track sprint cyclists challenged each other to crown the Master of Sprint at the end of the day. Results 200 metre time trial The riders started with a 200-metre time trial to place them into three series of three riders who were facing each other. Series In the series three riders faced each other in a sprint competition, with the winner qualifying automatically for the semi-finals, while the others were forced to ride the repechages first. Repechages The losing riders of the series entered the repechages in three series of two riders, with the winners eventually qualifying for the semi-finals. Rotterdam Ahoy (formerly known as Ahoy Rotterdam or simply as Ahoy) is a convention centre and multi-purpose indoor arena located in Rotterdam, Netherlands. 2007 Six Days Of Rotterdam

Theo Bos (born 22 August 1983) is a Dutch former professional road and track cyclist. An Olympic silver medalist and five-time world champion, he is the brother of Olympic medalist in speed skating Jan Bos. On 29 November 2021, he announced his retirement of the professional cycling sport and took up the job of national track coach of the Chinese national track team. Tim Veldt
Tim Veldt (born 14 February 1984) is a Dutch former track cyclist, who currently works as a directeur sportif for both the road and track teams of . During his career Veldt won two world cup classics in the team sprint, two European titles (under 23 1 km time trial and omnium) as well as three Dutch national titles (1 km time trial twice and keirin). During the 2005 UCI Track Cycling World Championships he won the silver medal in the team sprint together with Theo Bos and Teun Mulder. Starting August 2017 Veldt became the coach of . Craig MacLean
Craig MacLean MBE (Grantown-on-Spey, July 31, 1971) is a Scottish track cyclist who has represented Great Britain and Northern Ireland at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney and the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, winning a silver medal in the Team Sprint at the 2000 Olympics. As a sighted guide, MacLean returned to the sport in its Paralympic form, piloting Neil Fachie to two gold medals in the 2011 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships, and Anthony Kappes to a gold medal in the 2012 Paralympic Games. Arnaud Tournant
Arnaud Tournant (born 5 April 1978) is a French track cyclist. He has won 14 World Championships (record of men) and won a gold, silver and a bronze at the Summer Olympics. Biography Tournant was born in Roubaix, near the border with Belgium, and currently lives in Fontenay-sous-Bois. He began making his mark as an international rider whilst still in the junior ranks, winning the silver medal at the Junior Track World Championships in 1996. World record Tournant is a former world record holder (at altitude) for the Kilo (1000m time trial). He first set the record in Mexico in 2000, with a time of 1:00.148. Teun Mulder
Teunis ("Teun") Mulder (born 18 June 1981 in Zuuk, Gelderland) is a Dutch track cyclist. He is a former keirin World Champion and won a silver in the team sprint with Theo Bos and Tim Veldt. Mulder also won four world cup classics in the team sprint and keirin. He competed for his native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, finishing 10th at the individual sprint, 6th at the team sprint (with Theo Bos and Jan Bos) and 11th at the 1 km time trial, while he was eliminated in the first repechage round of the keirin competition. François Pervis
François "Franck" Pervis (born 16 October 1984) is a French track cyclist. He is a former junior world champion in the team sprint and twice European under 23 champion, as well as a seven-time world champion and a holder of two world records. In 2014 he became the first track cyclist to win three individual world titles at one championship, in the keirin, 1 km and sprint. Biography Pervis joined his first cycling club, the Véloce Club de Château Gontier, in 1996. He dabbled in road, mountain biking, cyclo-cross and track cycling as a youngster and began concentrating on the track as a junior rider.
