Bruno Risi (born 6 September 1968) is a retired Switzerland, Swiss professional racing cyclist. He competed at five Olympic Games. Risi was one of the top six-day riders of his generation, he won many professional Madison events during his long career. Wong Kam Po
Wong Kam-po SBS MH (, born 13 March 1973) is a Hong Kong racing cyclist. A specialist in road bicycle racing, at age 34 he became a track cycling world champion in the scratch race of the 2007 World Championships, which was not his specialty. Wong Kam-po is a five-time Olympian (the most of any Hong Kong athlete) and much-lauded sports icon. He won Asian Games individual road race three times (1998, 2006, 2010) under competition from Pro tour cyclists of Central Asia countries such as Kazakhstan. He won also track World Cup twice. Victoria Pendleton
Victoria Louise Pendleton, (born 24 September 1980) is a British jockey and former track cyclist who specialised in the sprint, team sprint and keirin disciplines. She is a former Olympic, World, European and Commonwealth champion. With two Olympic gold medals and one silver, Pendleton is one of Great Britain's most successful female Olympians. Pendleton represented Great Britain and England in international cycling competition, winning nine world titles including a record six in the individual sprint, dominating the event between 2005 and 2012. UCI Track Cycling World Championships – Men's Omnium
The Men's omnium at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships was first competed in 2007 in Spain. Until 20 June 2014, the Omnium consisted of six events: a one-lap flying start time trial, 5 km scratch race, an elimination race known as "the Devil", a 4 km individual pursuit, a 15 km points race, and a 1 km time trial. The placing a rider achieves in each event is converted to points, and the rider with the fewest points at the end of the competition win Prior to the introduction of "the Devil" in 2011, the Omnium consisted of five events. Effective 20 June 2014, the Omnium consists of six events: a scratch race, a 5 km individual pursuit, an elimination race, a one-lap flying start time trial, a 1 km time trial, and a points race. Arnaud Tournant (born 5 April 1978) is a French track cyclist. He has won 14 World Championships (record of men) and won a gold, silver and a bronze at the Summer Olympics. Biography Tournant was born in Roubaix, near the border with Belgium, and currently lives in Fontenay-sous-Bois. He began making his mark as an international rider whilst still in the junior ranks, winning the silver medal at the Junior Track World Championships in 1996. World record Tournant is a former world record holder (at altitude) for the Kilo (1000m time trial). He first set the record in Mexico in 2000, with a time of 1:00.148.
