The 2007 All-Big 12 Conference football team consists of American football players chosen as All-Big 12 Conference players for the 2007 Big 12 Conference football season. The conference recognizes two official All-Big 12 selectors: (1) the Big 12 conference coaches selected separate offensive and defensive units and named first- and second-team players (the "Coaches" team); and (2) a panel of sports writers and broadcasters covering the Big 12 also selected offensive and defensive units and named first- and second-team players (the "Media" team). Michael Alex Crabtree Jr. (born September 14, 1987) is a former American football wide receiver who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 11 seasons. He played college football at Texas Tech, where he was a two-time unanimous All-American, and was selected 10th overall by the San Francisco 49ers in the 2009 NFL Draft. Crabtree was a member of the 49ers for six seasons and spent the remainder of his career with the Oakland Raiders, Baltimore Ravens, and Arizona Cardinals. Reginald Smith, Jr. (born September 3, 1986) is a former American football safety. He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the third round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Oklahoma. College career Smith was named the preseason Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year for the 2007 season. He finished the year ranked fourth on the team with 78 tackles and also added three interceptions. Alvin Bowen (born December 24, 1983) is a former gridiron football linebacker. He was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Iowa State. Curtis Tremayne Lofton (born June 2, 1986) is a former American football inside linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Oklahoma, and earned All-American honors. Lofton was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft. Jordon Dizon (born January 16, 1986) is a retired American football linebacker who currently serves as a National Scout for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League.
