2007 Afro-Asia Cup
The second Afro-Asia Cup was played from 6 June until 10 June 2007, hosted by India. The three ODI and one Twenty20 matches were broadcast live on ESPN, after Nimbus had pulled out from the deal with Asian Cricket Council. The Twenty20 match did not have official status as a Twenty20 international or a regular Twenty20 match. Asia XI claimed the first title in the competition's history, following a tied series in 2005, with a 3–0 whitewash of the African XI. Asian XI captain Mahela Jayawardene was named player of the tournament for his 217 runs, including a half century and a century, in the three ODIs. __NOTOC__ A One Day International, or an ODI, is an international cricket match between two representative teams, each having ODI status, as determined by the International Cricket Council. An ODI differs from Test matches in that the number of overs per team is limited, and that each team has only one innings. Abdur Razzak (cricketer)
Abdur Razzak ( bn, আব্দুর রাজ্জাক; born 15 June 1982) is a Bangladeshi former cricketer who played in all formats of the game. Abdur is the first Bangladeshi to take 200 wickets in ODIs. He is also the first left arm spinner and second spinner after Saqlain Mushtaq to take a hat-trick. He made his first-class debut at Bangladeshi domestic level for Khulna Division in the 2001/02 season. Friday Kasteni (born 25 March 1988) is a Zimbabwean cricketer. He is a left-handed aggressive batsman. He scored a century on his first-class debut for Midlands against Matabeleland in April 2005. He went on to represent Zimbabwe at the Under-19 World Cup in Sri Lanka in 2006. Kasteni made his One Day International debut in February 2007, against Bangladesh. Kasteni was then selected in Zimbabwe's 2007 World Cup squad. He was the only surprise inclusion, with the veteran of 15 Tests, Hamilton Masakadza, left out. Keith Dabengwa
Keith Mbusi Dabengwa (born 17 August 1980) is a Zimbabwean cricketer. He was appointed head coach of the Denmark national cricket team in October 2021. Dabengwa is an all-rounder who made his First class debut for Matabeleland in 2000, taking 5 for 76, he then spent a season at the CFX Academy. He continued without many spectacular performances but in 2004/05 he got selected in Zimbabwe A squad for their tours of Namibia and Bangladesh. Gulam Hussain Bodi (born 4 January 1979) is an Indian-born South African former cricketer who represented his country at Under-19, Twenty20 and ODI level. Cricket career He played a left-handed batsman and slow left-arm wrist-spin bowler. The wicket-keeper in the sport of cricket is the player on the fielding side who stands behind the wicket or stumps being watchful of the batsman and ready to take a catch, stump the batsman out and run out a batsman when occasion arises. Maurice Amollo Ouma (first name also spelt Morris) (born 8 November 1982) is a Kenyan cricketer and a former limited over captain. He is a right-handed batsman and also plays as a wicket-keeper. He has played for the Kenyan cricket team since 2000.
