2006–07 UCI America Tour
The 2006–07 UCI America Tour was the third season for the UCI America Tour. The season began on 1 October 2006 with the Clasico Ciclistico Banfoandes and ended on 15 September 2007 with the Tour de Leelanau. The UCI Continental Circuits are a series of road bicycle racing competitions which were introduced in 2005 by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) to expand cycling around the world. Henry Raabe
Henry Raabe Méndez (born March 14, 1983) is a Costa Rican road racing cyclist. He represented Costa Rica at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he competed for the men's road race. Raabe, however, was lapped and disqualified from the run, before reaching the 185.0 km lap of the course. In August 2020, Raabe was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
