2006–07 HKFA Chairman's Cup
Hong Kong Football Association Chairman's Cup 2006-07 was the 32nd staging of the competition, held between 5 March and 21 May 2007, and won by Citizen Reserve. The reserve teams of the 9 First Division League clubs entered the competition. Despite the fact that the competition is for reserve teams, many teams send first team players for the matches. In fact, some of the clubs do not have any reserve team players, so many first team players, including foreign players, play in the matches as well. Citizen AA
The Citizen Athletic Association (), simply known as Citizen or TCAA, is a Hong Kong athletic club. Its football team () currently competes in the Hong Kong First Division. The club has a long history in playing in the top-tier Hong Kong First Division, but decided to self-relegate in the 2013–14 season after declining to participate in the newly established Hong Kong Premier League. Alexandre de Moraes (; born 13 December 1968 in São Paulo) is a Brazilian jurist, currently serving as president of the Superior Electoral Court and as a justice of the Supreme Federal Court. Lai Ka Fai ( ; born 30 May 1983) is a former Hong Kong professional footballer. He is currently the head coach of Hong Kong Premier League club Rangers. Club career Sun Hei On 2 June 2008, reports claimed that fellow First Division club Sun Hei was negotiating with Bulova Rangers for Lai's possible transfer.
