Alexander Nikolayevich Vinokourov ( Kazakh and russian: Александр Николаевич Винокуров; born 16 September 1973) is a Kazakhstani former professional road bicycle racer and the current general manager of UCI WorldTeam . He is of Russian origin. 3 Molinos Resort () was a short-lived professional continental cycling team based in Spain and participated in the UCI Europe Tour When selected the team got a wildcard to UCI ProTour events. '3 Molinos' was founded in 2006 as a professional continental team, but this proved to be their last as funding was withdrawn due to doping scandals.
