Iranian Futsal Super League
The Iranian Futsal Super League ( fa, سوپرلیگ فوتسال ایران, ''SuperLig-e Futsāl-e Irān''), is a professional futsal league competition for clubs located at the highest level of the Iranian futsal league system founded in 2003. The Super League is the top tier of an extensive pyramid-like structure, above the Iran Futsal's 1st Division, 1st Division, the Iran Futsal's 2nd Division, 2nd Division and the lower local leagues. Vahid Shamsaei ( fa, وحید شمسايی ; born 21 September 1975) is an Iranian professional futsal coach and former player. He was a Pivot and he scored 392 goals in international matches. He is currently head coach of Iran national futsal team. Shamsaei has been named AFC Futsal Player of the Year on three occasions (2007, 2008 and 2015). He has also won eight AFC Futsal Championships with Iran. Shamsaei is regarded as the ''Ali Daei of futsal'' by the Asian Football Confederation. International career He is the leading goalscorer for the national team, the seven time Top Goalscorer of the Asian Futsal Championship. On 19 May 2007 after scoring one goal against Japan in Iran's 4–1 victory in the final of the 2007 AFC Futsal Championship, he scored his 316th national goal. The 2006–07 Iranian Futsal 1st Division was divided into two phases. The league was composed of 16 teams divided into two divisions of 8 teams each, whose teams were divided geographically. Shahid Mansouri Qarchak Futsal Club ( fa, باشگاه فوتسال شهید منصوری قرچک, ''Bashgah-e Futsal-e Shihid Minsuri Qârcek'') was an Iranian professional Futsal club based in Qarchak. History The club was founded in 1997. After a string of 2nd place finishes in the league, Shahid Mansouri finally won the league for the first time in the 2010-11 season.
