Haimar Zubeldia Agirre (born 1 April 1977) is a Spanish former road racing cyclist from the Basque Country, who competed professionally between 1998 and 2017 for the , , and teams. During his career, Zubeldia recorded five top-ten finishes in the Tour de France, and one in the Vuelta a España. Biography Born and raised in Usurbil, Gipuzkoa, Zubeldia currently resides in the neighboring village of Zarautz. His younger brother Joseba Zubeldia also competed as a professional racing cyclist. Murcia (, , ) is a city in south-eastern Spain, the capital and most populous city of the autonomous community of the Region of Murcia, and the seventh largest city in the country. Juan Carlos Domínguez Domínguez (born 13 April 1971 in Íscar, Spain) is a former professional road racing cyclist. He was a professional rider from 1995 to 2006. In the 2006 Eneco Tour of Benelux he had a hematocrit above 50 before the start of stage 5 and he was suspended for 15 days. Víctor Hugo Peña
Víctor Hugo Peña Grisales (born July 10, 1974 in Bogotá) is a Colombian professional retired road racing cyclist. He last rode for the professional cycling team. In 2003, Peña became the first Colombian to wear the yellow jersey at the Tour de France. He held the yellow jersey for three days following the 4th, 5th and 6th stages of that year's tour. Peña's 2003 Tour de France, where he served as domestique for Lance Armstrong, is described in detail in Matt Rendell's book ''A Significant Other''. The book also describes the rider's amateur and early professional career. He is named after both his father Hugo and the author Victor Hugo. He earned his nickname "''El Tiburon''" ("the shark") due to his looks and the other sport he excelled at besides cycling – swimming. Cadel Evans
Cadel Lee Evans (; born 14 February 1977) is an Australian former professional racing cyclist, who competed professionally in both mountain biking and road bicycle racing. A four-time Olympian, Evans is one of three non-Europeans – along with Greg LeMond and Egan Bernal – to have officially won the Tour de France, winning the race in 2011. Early in his career, he was a champion mountain biker, winning the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup in 1998 and 1999 and placing seventh in the men's cross-country mountain bike race at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
