Fame Factory
{{italics title Fame Factory was a Swedish reality television show structured in the form of ''Star Academy'' series also known under that name (Star Academy) in ''Star Academy (France), France'' or various names like ''Fame Academy'' in the UK, ''Operación Triunfo (Spain), Operación Triunfo'' in Spain etc. ''Fame Factory'' was launched in 2002 on the Swedish channel TV3 (Sweden), TV3 and was hosted for 4 seasons by Bert Karlsson. For all seasons, the Academy was held at Skara with the final each year held at various location: at Paroc-fabriken in Skövde for season 1 (2002), at the Olssons Lada also in Skövde for season 2 won by (2003), at Hovet in Stockholm season 3 (2004, in two legs, winter and spring) and the Skara market town (season for in 2005). Big Brother Sverige
''Big Brother'' or ''Big Brother Sverige'' was the Swedish version of the reality television franchise '' Big Brother'' created by producer John de Mol in 1999. The show followed a number of contestants, known as housemates, who are isolated from the outside world for an extended period of time in a custom-built house. Each week, one of the housemates is evicted by a public vote, with the last housemate remaining winning a cash prize. The show was aired in 2000 and again from 2002 to 2004 on Kanal 5, from 2011 to 2012 on TV11, Kanal 11 on 2015 and finally on Sjuan from 2020 to 2021. Håkan Bråkan (TV Series)
Håkan Bråkan was the Sveriges Television's Christmas calendar of 2003, based on the literary character with the same name. The paper-calendar depicts the Andersson family's house, and characters from the series. The background also shows the mental institution where Karin lives during parts of the series. Story The plot is based on ''Familjen Anderssons sjuka jul'' and the Christmas show featured Håkan as the protagonist. Contrary to the belief of Sune, Håkan is actually a very nice and thoughtful 7-year-old boy. He is quite ingenious and does lots of pranks that usually puts him or others in a tight spot but this is seldom his intended purpose. When Håkan's mother Karin is doing all of the Christmas chores, she becomes so stressed she eventually winds up in a mental hospital, and this is the main story of the TV show since Christmas is ending and there is still no Christmas presents or candy. Johan Sandström (TV Personality)
Johan Wilhelm Sandström (6 June 1874, Degerfors, Västerbotten County – 12 January 1947, Bromma, Stockholm County), usually cited as J. W. Sandström, was a Swedish oceanographer and meteorologist. He is most famously known for conducting a series of classical experiments at Bornö Marine Research Station in Sweden published in 1908. His experiments concerned themselves with the causes of ocean currents, particularly those found in fjords. Biography Sandström is the son of carpenter Jonas Anton Sandström and Greta Magdalena Sjögren. He went to Degerfors Elementary School but upon the death of his father, his mother moved the family to Sundsvall, where Sandström worked in a sawmill while being tutored. Thanks to local benefactors, he entered a Stockholm technical school, and although he never received an official diploma, he excelled in mathematics and frequented scientific circles.
