Steven De Jongh
Steven de Jongh (born 25 November 1973 in Alkmaar) is a Dutch former road bicycle racer. Biography De Jongh made his professional debut in 1995 at TVM team where he stayed until 1999. From 2000 to 2005 he was part of , while he made the move to in 2006. De Jongh retired as a rider after the 2009 season. He was a Directeur sportif at Team Sky for three years, leaving in October 2012 after admitting he had taken illegal substances earlier in his career. In January 2013 he joined Team Saxo-Tinkoff as a sports director. After the Tinkoff team announced their disbanding at the conclusion of the 2016 season, in September 2016 confirmed that de Jongh would join them from 2017, along with Tinkoff riders Alberto Contador and Jesús Hernández. Frédéric Guesdon
Frédéric Guesdon (born October 14, 1971) is a French former professional road bicycle racer who competed as a professional between 1995 and 2012, most notably for UCI ProTeam , spending 16 years of his career with the team. Guesdon was born in Saint-Méen-le-Grand, Brittany. He turned professional in 1995 with the French Le Groupement team and moved on to the Polti team in 1996, where he scored eleventh place at Paris–Roubaix and third place at the French championship. Guesdon had his breakthrough year in 1997. Having signed with the new Française des Jeux team, he scored an early victory for the team in the prestigious spring monument Paris–Roubaix. Jaan Kirsipuu
Jaan Kirsipuu (born 17 July 1969 in Tartu) is an Estonian former road bicycle racer, who currently works as a directeur sportif for UCI Continental team . He spent the majority of his career riding under the management of Vincent Lavenu, initially joining Lavenu's team as a ''stagiaire'' and staying with the squad in its various incarnations for 12 years, taking a total of 124 race wins for the team. Kirsipuu initially retired at the end of the 2006, but participated in the 2007 Estonian championship, becoming time trial champion for the sixth time. In 2008 he was the manager of Latvian UCI Continental cycling team . In 2009 he joined . Steffen Wesemann (born 11 March 1971) is a Swiss-German former professional road racing cyclist. He competed in the individual road race at the 1992 Summer Olympics. Wesemann most recently rode for the professional continental team Cycle Collstrop after riding a year with the Team Wiesenhof-Felt squad. He had previously spent the other years of his career at Telekom who later became Team T-Mobile. He rode and completed the Vuelta a España on three occasions in 1995, 1996 and 2003 and finished the Tour de France twice in 1999 and 2002. Harelbeke (; vls, Oarlbeke) is a city and municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises the city of Harelbeke proper and the towns of Bavikhove and Hulste. On January 1, 2019, Harelbeke had a total population of 28,447. The total area is 29.14 km² which gives a population density of 898 inhabitants per km².
