The president of Mexico ( es, link=no, Presidente de México), officially the president of the United Mexican States ( es, link=no, Presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos), is the head of state and head of government of Mexico. Eugenio Elorduy Walther (born November 21, 1940 in Calexico, California) is a Mexican politician. He was governor of his adoptive state of Baja California from November 1, 2001 thru October 31, 2007. His wife Elena Blackaller served as first lady. Biography He graduated with honors from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Business Administration in 1965.
