A-League (American)
A-League Men (known as the Isuzu UTE A-League for sponsorship reasons) is the highest-level professional men's soccer league in Australia and New Zealand. At the top of the Australian league system, it is the country's premier men's competition for the sport. A-League Men was established in 2004 as the A-League by the Football Federation Australia (FFA) as a successor to the National Soccer League (NSL) and competition commenced in August 2005. The league is currently are administered by the Australian Professional Leagues (APL), contested by twelve teams; eleven based in Australia and one based in New Zealand. The men's, women's and youth leagues have now been brought together under a unified A-Leagues banner. Minnesota Thunder
Minnesota Thunder was an American professional soccer team based in Minnesota, United States. Founded in 1990, the team played in the USL First Division (USL-1), the second tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, until 2009. The team played its home games at the National Sports Center in nearby Blaine, Minnesota for its final two seasons. The team's colors were navy blue, light blue, silver, and white. The team had a development team, Rochester Thunder, which independently played in USL Premier Development League for another season after the Thunder folded, and a sister organization, the Minnesota Lightning, which played in the women's USL W-League. Nevio Pizzolitto
Nevio Pizzolitto (born August 26, 1976) is a Canadian soccer player who most recently played for Montreal Impact in the North American Soccer League. Career Youth Pizzolitto began playing youth soccer with the Sporting-Patriotes of the Quebec Elite Soccer League in 1990. He was picked several times on the LSEQ all-star teams, was also proclaimed Defender of the Year. He helped helping Sporting-Patriotes reach the national club championship in the U15 category in 1990, and later went on to win the national title at the U19 level in 1994. Professional Pizzolitto signed with Montreal Impact in the summer of 1995, becoming an important key to Montreal's defence. Adam Braz (born June 7, 1981) is a former professional footballer who last served as Technical Director of the Montreal Impact of Major League Soccer. Braz was a Canadian soccer player for nine years including as a player on the national team and stints with Toronto FC in the Major League Soccer and the Montreal Impact in the USSF Division 2 Professional League. Dwyane Demmin (born May 1, 1975) is a retired Trinidad and Tobago association football defender who played professionally in the USL A-League. He also earned five caps with the Trinidad and Tobago national football team. Youth Demmin, the younger brother of Craig Demmin, came to the United States in 1993 to attend Belhaven University. He spent four years on the Belhaven soccer team and was a 1994 Second Team NAIA All American. In 1996, he was the NAIA Player of the year and was inducted into the Belhaven Hall of Fame in 2006. The Vancouver Whitecaps were a Canadian professional soccer club based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
