The 2002 Liga Indonesia Premier Division (also known as the Liga Bank Mandiri for sponsorship reasons) was the eighth season of the Liga Indonesia Premier Division, the top Indonesian professional league for association football clubs, since its formation in 1994. It began on 13 January and ended on 7 July. Petrokimia Putra won the title after beating Persita 3–2 in the final. Liga 2 (English: ''League Two'') is the second-tier of the football competition system in Indonesia, organized by PSSI. Before 2017, this competition was named the Liga Indonesia Premier Division (from 1994 to 2007, it was the top-tier division in the Indonesian football league system). Persikabo Bogor was a football club based in Cibinong, Bogor Regency. They competed for the last time in Liga 3 2018, the third tier of Indonesian football. Their home stadium was Pakansari Stadium and also used Persikabo Stadium for training facilities. Persikabo Bogor had their nicknames " Pajajaran Warrior" and " The Pajajaran Panther".
