Baku
Baku (, ; az, Bakı ) is the capital and largest city of Azerbaijan, as well as the largest city on the Caspian Sea and of the Caucasus region. Nikolay Ivanovich Paslar ( bg, Николай Иванович Паслар; born June 12, 1980, in Taraclia, Moldavian SSR) is an amateur Bulgarian freestyle wrestler, who competed in the men's middleweight category. Considered as one of Bulgaria's top freestyle wrestlers in his decade, Paslar has claimed two career medals (one gold and one bronze) in the 69 and 74-kg division at the World Championships (2001 and 2005), and later represented his nation Bulgaria at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Throughout his sporting career, Paslar trained full time as a member of the wrestling squad for Slavia Sports Club in Sofia under his personal coach Ilian Stefanov. As a naturalized member of the Bulgarian squad, Paslar emerged into the international scene at the 2001 World Wrestling Championships in Sofia, where he thrashed Iranian wrestler Amir Tavakkolian for the gold in the 69-kg division. Zekeriya Güçlü was a Turkish freestyle wrestler competing in the 125 division. He won the gold medal at the 1997 World Wrestling Championships. Wrestling career Zekeriya Güçlü was born in Bulgaria as a member of the Turkish minority. There he also took up wrestling as a youth and became a member of the Bulgarian national youth team in the free style. During a competition in Hungary, he took refuge in the Turkish consulate in Budapest and came to Turkey this way. Sazhid Khalilrakhmanovich Sazhidov (russian: Сажид Халилрахманович Сажидов; born 6 February 1980) is a Russian Olympic wrestler who represented his country at the world-level from 2003 to 2006.
