Second League of FR Yugoslavia 2001–02 (Serbian: Druga savezna liga) consist of three groups of 18 teams (Serbia) and 1 group of 12 teams (Montenegro). Due to a reduction in the number of teams in Serbian groups (North, East and West), there were 28 teams relegated (10 in the North Group, 7 in East and 11 in West). FK Kabel () is a football club based in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia. They compete in the Serbian League Vojvodina, the third tier of the national league system. History The club was founded in 1932 by the workers of Novosadska fabrika kabela (NFK), a local cable factory. They competed in the local leagues of Novi Sad over the next few years. FK Beograd () is a defunct football club based in Karaburma, Belgrade, Serbia. History After winning the Belgrade Zone League in the 1993–94 season, the club finished as runners-up in the 1994–95 Serbian League North and earned promotion to the Second League of FR Yugoslavia through the playoffs. They were placed 16th in their debut season in the second tier.
