2000–01 Copa Del Rey
The 2000–01 Copa del Rey was the 99th staging of the Copa del Rey. The competition started on 30 August 2000 and concluded on 30 March 2001 with the Final, held at the Estadio La Cartuja in Sevilla. Format * All rounds are played over two legs apart the final which is played a single match in a neutral venue and the Rounds of 32 and 64, which are played a single match playoff in the field of lower-level opponent. In these rounds teams from 1ª División start as top seeds and can not face each other. * In the event that aggregate scores finish level, the away goals rule. Eduardo Berizzo
Eduardo Berizzo Magnolo (; born 13 November 1969) is an Argentine retired footballer who played as a central defender. He is the manager of Chile. During his 18-year professional career he played for six teams in four countries, mainly Newell's Old Boys, River Plate and Celta. The bearer of an Italian passport, he did not occupy a non-European Union spot while competing in Europe. He represented Argentina in two Copa América tournaments. César Láinez Sanjuán (born 10 April 1977) is a Spanish retired professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper, and is the manager of CD Teruel. He played 69 La Liga games during six seasons, with Zaragoza and Villarreal. Club career A Real Zaragoza youth graduate, Zaragoza-born Láinez made his professional debut with its B-side, but struggled initially to find a first-team place. Víctor Fernández
Víctor Fernández Braulio (born 28 November 1960) is a Spanish football manager. He had three spells with his hometown team Zaragoza, winning the Copa del Rey in 1994 and the Cup Winners' Cup a year later. Dorival Guidoni Júnior, known simply as Doriva (born 28 May 1972) is a Brazilian retired footballer who played as a central midfielder. José Manuel Pinto Colorado (born 8 November 1975) is a Spanish retired professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper.
