The 2000–01 FIS Ski Jumping World Cup was the 22nd FIS Ski Jumping World Cup, World Cup season in ski jumping and the 2000–01 FIS Ski Flying World Cup, 11th official World Cup season in ski flying. It began in Kuopio, Finland on 24 November 2000 and finished in Planica, Slovenia on 18 March 2001. Lower competitive circuits this season included the 2000 FIS Ski Jumping Grand Prix, Grand Prix and 2000–01 FIS Ski Jumping Continental Cup, Continental Cup. Adam Małysz
Adam Henryk Małysz (; born 3 December 1977) is a Polish former ski jumper and rally driver. He competed in ski jumping from 1995 to 2011 and is one of the most successful athletes in the history of the sport. His many accomplishments include four World Cup titles (a male record shared with Matti Nykänen), four individual Winter Olympic medals, four individual World Championship gold medals (an all-time record), 39 individual World Cup competition wins, 96 World Cup podiums (individual and team), and being the first male ski jumper to win three consecutive World Cup titles. He is also a winner of the Four Hills Tournament, the only three-time winner of the Nordic Tournament, and a former ski flying world record holder. Ramsau Am Dachstein
Ramsau am Dachstein is a municipality in the district of Liezen, state of Styria, Austria. It is also the name of the elevated plateau between the Dachstein range and the Enns valley on which this municipality is located. The appendage ''am Dachstein'' is added to distinguish the municipality from others of the same name existing in Austria. It is usually omitted in common speech. Harrachov
Harrachov (; german: Harrachsdorf) is a town in Jablonec nad Nisou District in the Liberec Region of the Czech Republic, close to the border with Poland. It has about 1,300 inhabitants. Lugnet Hills
Lugnet HS134 is a large ski jumping hill located in Falun, Sweden. It has a hill size of HS134, a construction point of K-120. The hill has artificial lighting and bleachers for 15,000 viewers. Hill size has been increased from K-115, HS124 to K-120, HS134. The hill was built specifically for the World Cup Ski Championships in 1974. Predazzo (, literally big meadow) is a village and ''comune'' in the province of Trento, northern Italy. Predazzo is located about 58 kilometres northeast of Trento in Val di Fiemme. Holmenkollen
Holmenkollen () is a mountain and a neighbourhood in the Vestre Aker borough of Oslo, Norway. It goes up to above sea level and is well-known for its international skiing competitions.
