1TYM (Korean: 원타임, pronounced as "One Time") was a four-member South Korean group. They were Teddy Park (also known as Park Hong-jun), Oh Jinhwan, Song Baekyoung, and Danny Im (also known as Im Taebin). History In the late 1990s, YG CEO Yang Hyun Suk had his trainees perform as a group named MF family which was named after an apparel brand called Majah Flavah! created by Sean of the Korean hiphop group Jinusean. The group initially had seven members, which three of them later departed. They originally participated in the song "No more(이제 더 이상)"in the album "The Real" by Jinusean as a featured artist in January 1998. Teddy and Danny grew up in Los Angeles and were discovered there when they were teenagers by a producer who worked with Yang Hyun-suk. After auditioning for Yang, the two were signed to his new label, YG Entertainment, and moved to South Korea. Kim Tae-woo (singer)
Kim Tae-woo (; born May 12, 1981) is a South Korean singer, best known as the lead vocalist of boy band g.o.d. He debuted in 1999 as a member of g.o.d and continued as a solo artist after the group went on hiatus in 2006. In addition to his solo career, Kim has also sung the OSTs of award-winning popular dramas and performed in musicals. Background Kim was born in Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province, the only son and youngest of three children. Despite not having a musical background, Kim dreamed of becoming a singer as a teenager, especially after watching HOT, and sent in a demo tape to Park Jin-young, who was recruiting a final member for the project group that would become g.o.d. The Golden Disc Awards (, formerly spelled the Golden Disk Awards before 2015) is an annual South Korean major music awards ceremony that honors achievements in the local music industry. The awards ceremony was founded with the purpose to promote popular culture creativity, discover new artists, and contribute to the growth of the music industry. The first ceremony was held in 1986. Big Mama () is a South Korean female vocal group that debuted in 2003. The group is known for focusing on its members' singing abilities rather than their looks. The group disbanded in 2012 after their last song "Cleaning My Closet". On June 10, 2021, it was announced Big Mama would be reuniting to release new music. Hwang Hyo-sook (; born May 3, 1979), better known by her stage name Lexy (Hangul: 렉시), is a South Korean singer and rapper who debuted in 2003 under YG Entertainment. She was the first solo female rap artist to debut under the company. Career 2003-present: Career beginnings, YG Entertainment and debut album Lexy has been featured in songs with many other YG artists, such as Se7en, 1TYM, Jinusean and Wheesung. She was marketed by YG as a hip-hop artist with a little mix of R&B vibe as well. Her debut album, ''LEXURY'' (released on October 6, 2003), was fairly well received and with her growing popularity she became a rival with popular singer Lee Hyori for a while. The compact disc (CD) is a digital optical disc data storage format that was co-developed by Philips and Sony to store and play digital audio recordings.
