Netherlands Forensic Institute
The Netherlands Forensic Institute (Dutch ''Nederlands Forensisch Instituut'') is the national forensics institute of the Netherlands, located in the Ypenburg quarter of The Hague. It is an autonomous division of the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice and falls under the Directorate-General for the Administration of Justice and Law Enforcement. History On 30 July 1945, the government decided to set up a Justice Laboratory. Three years later, on 4 November 1948, the laboratory became a department of the Ministry of Justice. A similar institution was founded in 1951: ''Gerechtelijk Geneeskundig Laboratorium'' (Judicial Medical Laboratory), which was later renamed ''Laboratorium voor Gerechtelijke Pathologie'' Laboratory for Judicial Pathology which were located at the building in The Hague which was later used by Europol. 1999 Masters Of Formula 3
The 1999 Marlboro Masters of Formula 3 was the ninth Masters of Formula 3 race held at Circuit Park Zandvoort on 8 August 1999. It was won by Marc Hynes, for Manor Motorsport. This was the first Masters event held on the extended layout, having run on the Club Circuit in its first eight seasons. Drivers and teams Format changes With an entry of 46 cars, race organisers changed the format of qualifying to allow every driver a shot at qualifying for the Marlboro Masters itself. The field would be split into two groups; one for even-numbered cars and one for odd-numbered cars. Then there would be a qualifying session for each group, with the top 14 drivers from each qualifying group automatically entered into the race, with the remaining drivers going into a qualifying race, as seen at the Macau Grand Prix. 1999 World Table Tennis Championships
The 1999 World Table Tennis Championships were held in Eindhoven from August 2 to August 8, 1999. The Championships were originally scheduled from April 26 to May 9 in Belgrade, Yugoslavia but were postponed after the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia during the Kosovo War in March 1999. Individual events were relocated to Eindhoven and team competitions were moved to Kuala Lumpur in 2000.
