George Olteanu (born May 3, 1974 in Ștefănești, Argeș) is a former boxer from Romania, who competed for his native country at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, United States. Willy Blain (born 24 April 1978) is a French boxer, best known to win the 2003 amateur world title in the Light Welterweight division. Amateur The southpaw won silver at the World Championships 1999, losing only to Uzbek Mahammatkodir Abdoollayev. Mohammadqodir Abdullaev ( uz, Muhammadqodir Abdullayev; born 15 November 1973), best known as Muhammad Abdullaev, is an Uzbekistani former professional boxer who competed from 2001 to 2011, and challenged once for the WBO light-welterweight title in 2005. Ovidiu (, historical name: ''Canara'', tr, Kanara) is a town situated a few kilometres north of Constanța in Constanța County, Northern Dobruja, Romania.
