He Guoqiang (; born October 1. 1943) is a retired senior leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Between 2007 and 2012, He was a member of the Politburo Standing Committee (PSC), China's highest ruling council, and the Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the party's anti-corruption agency. Ye Liansong
Ye Liansong (; born March 1935) is a Chinese politician who served as Communist Party Secretary (1998–2000) and Governor (1993–1998) of Hebei Province. Prior to his political career he worked for two decades as an engineering professor at his alma mater Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and then as chief engineer of Shijiazhuang Diesel Engine Factory. Biography Ye was born in Laiyang, Shandong Province in March 1935. He attended Dalian Institute of Technology (now Dalian University of Technology) from 1954 to 1955, before transferring to Shanghai Jiao Tong University. After graduating in August 1960 with a degree in marine engineering, he stayed at the university as a faculty member until 1973. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1960. Wang Xiaofeng (; born October 1944) is a retired Chinese politician. He was born in Cili County, Hunan. Wang graduated from the China University of Mining and Technology and joined the Chinese Communist Party in May 1965. He has served as the deputy Party Committee Secretary of Changde. Wu Yixia (; 1943 – 14 September 1998) is a Chinese politician who served as governor of Guizhou from 1996 to 1998. He was a representative of the 13th and 15th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a member of the 15th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
