Gry Johansen
Gry Johansen-Meilstrup (known as Gry) (born 28 August 1964 in Copenhagen) is a Danish singer who represented her country in Eurovision Song Contest 1983 The Eurovision Song Contest 1983 was the 28th edition of the annual Eurovision Song Contest. It was held in Munich, then West Germany, following the country's victory at the with the song "Ein bißchen Frieden" by Nicole (German singer), Nicole. .... She performed the song " Kloden drejer" ("The planet's spinning"). The song was placed seventeenth out of twenty. Johansen made further bids for Eurovision glory when she participated in the Danish national selection contests in 1985, 1989 and 2000. However, she won on none of those occasions. She did have success in Germany together with German singer and producer Bernie Paul with whom she scored hits like "Our Love Is Alive", "Reach Out For The Stars" and with whom she recorded the album "Moments In Love". The Eurovision Song Contest 1983 was the 28th edition of the annual Eurovision Song Contest. It was held in Munich, then West Germany, following the country's victory at the with the song "Ein bißchen Frieden" by Nicole (German singer), Nicole. Despite their first victory the year before, this was the second time Germany had hosted the contest, having previously done so in . Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcasters ARD (broadcaster), Arbeitsgemeinschaft der öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunkanstalten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (ARD) and Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), the contest was held at the Rudi-Sedlmayer-Halle on 23 April 1983 and was hosted by German dancer Marlene Charell. Twenty countries took part this year, with , and all returning this year, while decided not to participate. Denmark was represented by Gry Johansen, with the song "Kloden drejer", at the 1983 Eurovision Song Contest, which took place on 23 April in Munich. "Kloden drejer" was chosen as the Danish entry at the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix on 5 March. Before Eurovision Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 1983 The Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 1983 was held at the DR TV studios in Copenhagen, hosted by Jørgen Mylius. Ten songs took part with the winner being decided by voting from five regional juries. Mathilde Norholt
Mathilde Norholt (born 1983) is a Danish actress. She is mainly known for her role in the DR television series ''Lykke'' and for musicals and theatre. Early life and education Mathilde Norholt was born in the Frederiksberg district of Copenhagen to the actress Kirsten Norholt and the actor Flemming Sørensen Norholt. She has no formal education as an actress but has studied multimedia design. Career Mathilde Norholt has had roles in Danish television series and short films from an early age but experienced a breakthrough with her role in the DR television series ''Lykke'' in 2011. She has also appeared in major theatre and musical performances. In addition to Danish, her first language, she is fluent in English. Personal life Norholt lives with her life partner Kristian Errebo Krantz in Copenhagen. They have a daughter, born in June 2017.
