1983 Lilian Cup
The 1983 Lilian Cup was the 2nd season of the competition. The four top placed teams for the 1982–83 Liga Leumit, previous season took part in the competition. The competition was held in two stages. First, the four teams played a round-robin tournament, after which the two top teams played for the cup, while the bottom teams played for the third place. The competition was held between 3 September and 13 September 1983. The competition was won by Maccabi Netanya F.C., Maccabi Netanya, who had beaten Hapoel Be'er Sheva F.C., Hapoel Be'er Sheva 3–2 in the final.The League Cup to Maccabi Netanya; Beat Hapoel Be'er Sheva 3:2

The Lililan Cup ( he, גביע ליליאן, ''Gvia Lililan''), which was also known as The League Cup ( he, גביע הליגה, ''Gvia HaLiga'') was an Israeli men's football competition open to the top 4 clubs in Liga Leumit between 1981–82 and 1988–89. The competition was contested at the start of each football season. It was cancelled after the 1989 tournament. History The competition was established in 1982, as a season opening tournament, and was named after Yehuda Lilian, a former IFA treasurer and Hapoel member, who died in February 1982.Yehuda Lilian Dies
