The King Alfonso XIII's Cup 1923 was the 23rd staging of the Copa del Rey, the Spanish football cup competition. The competition started on 25 March 1923, and concluded on 13 May 1923, with the final, held at the Les Corts in Barcelona, in which Athletic Bilbao lifted the trophy for the ninth time with a 1–0 victory over CD Europa with Travieso netting the only goal of the match. Jorge Marcelino Agirrezabala Ibarbia, nicknamed Chirri I (29 March 1902 – 31 May 1975) was a Spanish footballer who played as a forward. He competed for Spain in the men's tournament at the 1924 Summer Olympics. Conyers Kirby
Conyers Kirby (18 March 1884 – 9 April 1946), also known as Ralph Kirby, was an English professional footballer who played in the Football League for Birmingham. He played as an outside right. Playing career Kirby was born in the Bordesley Green district of Birmingham. While serving in the Royal Army Medical Corps, he represented them at football and became a champion sprinter. In 1905 he joined Southern League club Fulham, for whom he played four league games. In the 1906 close season he joined Birmingham, for whom he made his only Football League appearance, on 6 September 1906 in the First Division match at home to Newcastle United which Birmingham lost 4–2. Antonio Alcázar Alonso (2 May 1902 - 6 December 1966) was a Spanish footballer who played as a left winger. He was the first footballer born in Murcia to have played for the Spain national team. A historical member of CE Europa in the 1920s, he was one of the first footballers to play for Europa for his entire career, and thus to be part of the so-called one-club men group. Juan Olivella was a Spanish footballer who played as a forward. The dates of his birth and death are unknown. Club career Born in Catalonia, he began playing football at FC Internacional in 1917, before joining CE Europa in 1920. Manuel Cros
Manuel Cros Grau (1 September 1901 - 1 February 1986) was a Spanish footballer who played as a center-forward for CE Europa and Espanyol. In the 1920s, he was one of the great idols of Catalan football, alongside the likes of Zamora and Samitier. His haircut (brush style) was known in the barbershops of the time as "cutting the hair like Cros’s". Estebán Pelaó Gratacós (10 January 1898 - 28 July 1980) was a Spanish footballer who played as a midfielder who played for CE Europa, Espanyol, and the Catalonia national team. Pedro Serra Andreu (23 May 1899 - 9 March 1983) was a Spanish footballer who played as a defender.
