13 Commandments
''13 Commandments'' ('' nl, 13 Geboden'') is a 2017 Dutch-language (Flemish) television series starring Dirk van Dijck, Marie Vinck and Karlijn Sileghem. The plot revolves around Peter Devriendt (Dirk van Dijck), a divorced father and veteran cop working for Belgium’s Federal Criminal Police, and his new partner Vicky Degraeve (Marie Vinck). A serial killer begins a crime spree with the mission to punish individuals who have committed acts that counter the Ten Commandments. Plot The body of a 16-year old Turkish teenage girl is found in the town of Aalst, her throat cut. The police assume it to be an ''honour killing'' committed by her uncle but are stymied by the family's refusal to testify. Within a day, the suspect himself is found under a bridge, badly burned but alive. On the bridge above him, someone has sprayed the words "Thou shalt have no other gods", referencing the first commandment. Mystery is a fiction genre where the nature of an event, usually a murder or other crime, remains mysterious until the end of the story. Marie Vinck
Marie Vinck is a Belgian actress. Life Vinck started acting in 1993 at the age of 10 in the Flemish TV series ''Mother, Why Do We Live?'', in which Vinck's mother performed a leading role. In 1998, she acted out again with her mother in the Dutch-Flemish movie ''Dandelion Game''. Vinck has also given the Flemish dubbing voice to Emma Watson's role as Hermione Granger in the ''Harry Potter'' films, along with her colleagues Stef Aerts who gave the Flemish voice to Daniel Radcliffe's role as Harry Potter and Wouter Hendrickx who gave the Flemish voice to Rupert Grint's role as Ron Weasley. VTM or Vlaamse Televisie Maatschappij (English: ''Flemish Television Company'') is the main commercial television station in Flanders (the Dutch-speaking northern region of Belgium) and forms part of a network of channels owned by DPG Media (formerly Medialaan). Aalst (; french: Alost, ; Brabantian: ''Oilsjt'') is a city and municipality on the Dender River, northwest from Brussels in the Flemish province of East Flanders.
