1999–2000 Macedonian Second Football League
The 1999–2000 Macedonian Second Football League was the eighth season since its establishment. It began in August 1999 and ended in May 2000. Due to change of the league structure in season 2000–01, the 19 teams was relegated. FK Belasica
FK Belasica ( mk, ФК Беласица) is a football club based in the city of Strumica, North Macedonia. They are currently competing in the Macedonian Second League. History The club was founded on 22 April 1922 at the cafe of Tašo Todorov, where fifty initiators gathered at the founding meeting for the football club Belasica Strumica. According to documents, the first meeting was held on 13 August 1922 with Gjorgi Moskov elected president, Tomi Kujundziev as secretary and Rosto Perov as treasurer.The first match played in club history was against Pobeda from Skopje, where Belasica lost by the score of 1–0. Their popular Nickname is Kangaroos and their best period was the golden 80s when they won the Macedonian championship twice. FK Sloga 1934 ( mk, ФК Слога 1934) is a football club based in Vinica, North Macedonia. They are currently competing in the Macedonian Second League. History The club was founded in 1934 as "FK Makedonija Vinica". In 1939, the name was changed to "FK Pakos Vinica" and in 1941 to "FK Plačkovica Vinica". From 1950 the club was named "FK Sloga Vinica" until its collapse in 2009. In 2012 the club was refounded under the current name, "FK Sloga 1934 Vinica" from Zoran Vasevski, Angelcho Goshev, Kiro Kurchiski, Blagoj Dimitrov and Petar Arsov. In 2001, the club played in the Macedonian Second League, where they placed fourth. However, in the next season ( 2001–02), the club placed 16th, causing them to be relegated to the Macedonian Third League – East. KF Bashkimi ( mk, ФК Башкими) was a football club, which was played in the town of Kumanovo, North Macedonia. The club was dissolved before the 2008–09 Macedonian First League season, when they folded due to financial reasons. A successor club which claims rights to Bashkimi's honours and records was established in 2011 under the same name. However, they are not legally considered to be successors to the original Bashkimi and the two clubs' track records and honours are kept separate by the Football Federation of Macedonia. The Macedonian Second Football League ( mk, Втора македонска Фудбалска Лига, ''Vtora Makedonska Fudbalska Liga''; also called Macedonian Second League, 2.
