Bernd Schneider (born 17 November 1973) is a German former footballer. He was mainly a midfielder but could play anywhere on the left and right flanks. After retiring in June 2009, he took up an advisory role at his first club, Carl Zeiss Jena, and a scouting position at Bayer Leverkusen. Nicknamed Schnix by fans and teammates, Schneider started out at his hometown club Carl Zeiss Jena and made a name for himself during his decade-long stint at Bayer Leverkusen. Aue () is a small town in Germany at the outlet of the river Schwarzwasser into the river Zwickauer Mulde in the Ore Mountains, and has roughly 16,000 inhabitants. It was merged into the new town Aue-Bad Schlema in January 2019. Aue was the administrative seat of the former district of Aue-Schwarzenberg in Saxony, and is part of the Erzgebirgskreis since August 2008. Stadion an der Bremer Brücke or ''Bremer Brücke'' is a football stadium in the Schinkel district of Osnabrück, Germany. It is used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of VfL Osnabrück. The stadium currently holds 16,100 people and was opened in 1933. From the 1970s, the stadium consisted of the Grandstand ("South Stand"), two roofed terraces behind the goals ("East Stand" and "West Stand"), and an uncovered terrace opposing the grandstand ("North Stand"). On 1 April 2008, demolishing works of the very old North Stand started to make way for a modern entirely roofed stand to be built at the site. The new stand was opened in August 2008; however, there has been controversy with a local resident whose property is situated very close to the ground. For this reason, the stand could not be fully completed earlier than 2011. Hendrik Herzog (born 2 April 1969) is a German football coach and a former player. Herzog won several titles with BFC Dynamo during the East German era. He joined Schalke 04 after German reunification. He has worked as kit manager for Hertha BSC. Career Herzog was in Halle. He began playing football for the youth teams of SG Dynamo Halle-Neustadt and then SG Dynamo Eisleben. Herzog was then allowed to join the youth academy of football club BFC Dynamo in 1981. Fredi Bobic ( sl, Fredi Bobič, born 30 October 1971) is a German football executive and former player who played as a striker. He is the sporting director of Bundesliga club Hertha BSC. Club career Bobic was born in Maribor, SFR Yugoslavia, to a Slovene father and a Croatian mother. Eyjólfur Gjafar Sverrisson (born 3 August 1968) is an Icelandic former footballer and former coach of the Iceland national football team. He is the father of Hólmar Örn Eyjólfsson, also a professional footballer.
