Süper Lig
The Süper Lig (, ''Super League''), officially known as Spor Toto Süper Lig for sponsorship reasons, is a Turkish professional league for association football clubs. It is the top-flight of the Turkish football league system and is run by the Turkish Football Federation. In the 2022–23 season, nineteen clubs compete, where a champion is decided and three clubs are promoted from, and relegated to the 1. Lig. The season runs from August to May, with each club playing 36 matches. Matches are played Friday through Monday. The competition was initially established in 1923. The league succeeded the Turkish Football Championship and the National Division, both being former top-level national competitions. The Süper Lig is currently 20th in the UEFA coefficient ranking of leagues based on club performances in European competitions over the last five years. Serkan Aykut
Serkan Aykut (born 24 February 1975) is a retired Turkish footballer. He played in the striker position. Aykut started to play at Samsunspor. After becoming top scorer with 30 goals in the season 1999-2000, he transferred to Galatasaray SK for $ 5.9 million. He played two seasons for Galatasaray SK successfully and won the UEFA Super Cup in 2000. Aykut signed a contract with his former club Samsunspor in July 2002 for four years and one additional year as option. He is recently captain of the team at Samsunspor. Hami Mandıralı
Hami Mandıralı (born 20 July 1968) is a Turkish football manager and former footballer. He played for Trabzonspor nearly all of his career. Club career Mandıralı was born in Arsin, Trabzon, Turkey. joined Trabzonspor aged 10, and continued on to make his professional debut in 1985, aged 17. He quickly established himself as one of the most consistent finishers of his time. He became a regular in the Turkey national team, and was always near the top of the goalscorers charts. Mandıralı proved his reputation was deserved by scoring many goals in European competition. In all, he scored 23 goals in European football. TFF 2. Lig (Turkish Football Federation Second League), is the third level in the Turkish football league system. It was founded in the 2001–02 season with the name of ''Turkish Second League Category B'' as a continuation of the then second level division.
