Ernie Stautner
Ernest Alfred Stautner (April 20, 1925 – February 16, 2006) was a German-American professional American football coach and defensive tackle in the National Football League for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also served as a coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Washington Redskins and Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Boston College. Stautner was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1969. Early years Born in Prienzing near Cham, Bavaria in Germany, Stautner's family immigrated to East Greenbush, New York when he was three years old. He attended Columbia High School and the Vincentian Institute. He served in the United States Marine Corps during World War II (1943–46). After the war, he enrolled at Boston College, where he was a four-year starter as an offensive and defensive tackle. He also handled the team's kickoff and extra point duties. Dennis Allen (American Football)
Dennis James Allen (born September 22, 1972) is an American football coach who is the head coach of the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). He served as head coach of the Oakland Raiders from 2012 to 2014. Allen also previously coached for the Denver Broncos, New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons, University of Tulsa and his alma mater, Texas A&M University. In 2022, Allen was promoted to head coach of the Saints after spending the previous seven seasons as the team's defensive coordinator. Early life and playing career Born in Atlanta, Allen grew up in Hurst, Texas near Fort Worth and graduated from L. D. Bell High School. Rheinstadion
The Rheinstadion () was a multi-purpose stadium, in Düsseldorf, Germany. The stadium was built, near the Rhine, in 1926 and held 54,000 people at the end of its life. It was the home ground for Fortuna Düsseldorf from 1953 to 1970 and 1972–2002. It was used during the 1974 FIFA World Cup and 1988 European Championships. In 1995, the Rhein Fire, of the World League of American Football became tenants in their inaugural season. It hosted World Bowl '99 and World Bowl X. The 1997 Rhein Fire season was the third season for the franchise in the World League of American Football (WLAF). The team was led by head coach Galen Hall in his third year, and played its home games at Rheinstadion in Düsseldorf, Germany. Charles Christopher Hall (born April 25, 1970) is a former American football safety in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys. He was drafted by the Cowboys in the ninth round of the 1992 NFL Draft. He played college football at East Carolina University. Hall was also a member of the Frankfurt Galaxy of the World League of American Football (WLAF). Early years Hall attended Pemberton Township High School, where he practiced football, basketball and track. As a senior, he was a second-team All-state running back and an All-conference selection at small forward. He accepted a football scholarship from East Carolina University. Gary DeLoach
Gary DeLoach (born June 22, 1954) is an American football coach and former player. He served as defensive coordinator at the University of North Texas (UNT) twice, from 2000 to 2002 and again from 2008 until 2010. Most recently, he was the assistant head coach and defensive coordinator at Northwestern State University (NSU) in 2012. Early years A native of Houston, Texas, DeLoach graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1972. He played linebacker in high school, making all-district, all-city, and the second-team all-state teams. DeLoach went on to play linebacker at Kilgore Junior College for two years and earned all-conference honors.
