Prayad Marksaeng
Prayad Marksaeng ( th, ประหยัด มากแสง; born 30 January 1966) is a Thai professional golfer. Career Prayad was a member of Thailand's winning golf team at the 1987 South East Asian Games and turned professional in 1991. He has been a member of the Asian Tour since it began in its modern form in 1995. He has won seven events on the tour, becoming one of the first ten men to reach a million U.S. dollars in career earnings. He has also competed on the Japan Golf Tour and in 2008 won three tournaments in Japan. Prayad represented Thailand at the 2007 and 2008 Omega Mission Hills World Cup and has been featured in the top 50 of the Official World Golf Ranking. Prayad received a special invitation to play in the 2008 Masters Tournament. Marksaeng shot an 82 (+10) in the first round and withdrew midway through the second round due to a back injury. The Indonesia Open is the national open golf championship of Indonesia, and traditionally held in the capital, Jakarta. History The Indonesia Open was founded in 1974 as an event on the Asia Golf Circuit. It remained on the circuit until the end of the 1996 season, after which it joined the rival Asian PGA's Omega Tour for the 1997 season. Having not been held between 1998 and 2004, the Indonesian Open returned in 2005 as a co-sanctioned event on both the Asian Tour and the European Tour. It remained a fixture on the tours through the 2009 season after which it joined the rival OneAsia tour. In 2012 it was the opening event of that tour's calendar and was also an unofficial event on the Japan Golf Tour. Darren Cole (born 3 January 1992) is a Scottish footballer who plays as a defender for Coleraine. He has previously played for Rangers, Partick Thistle, Greenock Morton, Livingston, Derry City and Glentoran. Club career Rangers Cole signed a two-year contract extension with Rangers on 2 December 2010 and made his first-team debut five days later against Turkish side Bursaspor in Rangers' final 2010–11 UEFA Champions League group match, which ended 1–1. The Singapore Open was a golf tournament in Singapore that was predominantly part of the Asian Tour schedule. The event was held at Sentosa Golf Club since 2005 and since 2017 had been part of the Open Qualifying Series, giving up to four non-exempt players entry into The Open Championship. The Singapore Open was founded in 1961 and was one of the tournaments on the first season of the Far East Circuit (later the Asia Golf Circuit) the following year. It remained part of the Asia circuit until 1993 when it became a fixture on the Australasian Tour. The Sabah Masters was a professional golf tournament that was held annually in Sabah, Malaysia. History First held in the 1982 as part of the Malaysian PGA circuit, the Sabah Masters has formed part of several higher level professional tours. After a sanctioning arrangement with the PGA Tour of Australasia fell through and resulted in no tournament in 1993, the Sabah Masters was an event on the Asia Golf Circuit schedule in 1994 and 1995 before switching to the then fledgling Asian PGA/Omega Tour between 1996 and 1999.
