Mauro Gianetti
Mauro Gianetti (born 16 March 1964 in Lugano) is a Swiss former professional road cyclist and later directeur sportif. Gianetti was employed as team manager for the cycling team throughout its existence between 2004 and 2011. Several riders have been sanctioned for doping violations that occurred during his tenure as directeur sportif, including Riccardo Riccò and Juan José Cobo. Gianetti currently sits on the Board of Directors of UAE Team Emirates. With over 30 professional victories, Gianetti's biggest career accomplishments as a rider include winning the 1995 Liège–Bastogne–Liège and Amstel Gold Race and representing Switzerland at the 2000 Summer Olympics. His son Noé Gianetti was also a professional cyclist. Pascal Hervé
Pascal Hervé (born 13 July 1964) is a former French road racing cyclist. He competed in the individual road race at the 1992 Summer Olympics and raced as a professional from 1994 to 2001. Pascal now lives in Montreal, were he is co-owner of a training center that helps develop local athletes and amateurs of all ages. In between seasons, he holds cycling trips in various locations such as the Pyrénées, the Vosges, the Alpes and, most recently, the region of Charlevoix. Doping Hervé was expelled from the 1998 Tour de France in the Festina affair. Hervé tested positive for EPO after the prologue in 2001 Giro d'Italia. Andrea Peron (cyclist, Born 1971)
Andrea Peron (born 14 August 1971) is an Italian former professional road bicycle racer. He competed in the team time trial at the 1992 Summer Olympics winning a silver medal. Peron turned professional in 1993, riding for team Gatorade. He is best remembered for leading the sombre peloton across the finish line in the neutralised Stage 16 of the 1995 Tour de France, the day after the death of his team- and roommate Fabio Casartelli in a fall. He was a strong time trialist, with good results in the Italian championships, as well as a 5th place at the 1996 World Time Trial Championships. From 2002 until his retirement in 2006, he was a domestique on Team CSC. In January 2010 he joined as assistant general manager. Andrea Tafi (born 7 May 1966, in Fucecchio) is an Italian former road bicycle racer who retired from his professional career in 2005. Tafi's propensity to perform best in the harder races earned him the nickname "Il Gladiatore" (English: "The Gladiator"). Tafi specialized in the cobbled Spring Classics such as Paris–Roubaix which he won in 1999, and Tour of Flanders which he won in 2002. He won the Giro di Lombardia in 1996 and the Italian National Championship in 1998. Career The most successful part of Tafi's career was spent with the Italian super-squad .
