Jack Bicknell
Jack Bicknell (born February 20, 1938) is a retired American football coach, most recently known for his long involvement in NFL Europa and its predecessor, the World League of American Football (WLAF). He served as the head football coach at the University of Maine from 1976 to 1980 and at Boston College from 1981 to 1988, compiling a career college football record of 77–90–2. In 1984, Bicknell coached his Boston College Eagles team to a 10–2 mark including a victory in the Cotton Bowl Classic. His quarterback that season, Doug Flutie, was awarded the Heisman Trophy. Vince Martino
Vince Martino (born March 19, 1947) is an American football coach. Most recently, he served as offensive line coach for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League. Previously, Martino spent fifteen seasons in NFL Europe, including a stint as head coach of the Hamburg Sea Devils. Coaching career Martino was the head coach in NFL Europe for the Hamburg Sea Devils. He took over from Coach Jack Bicknell prior to the 2007 season, after Bicknell retired due to health reason. Olympic Stadium (Amsterdam)
The Olympic Stadium (Dutch: ''Olympisch Stadion'', ) is a sporting venue which was used as the main stadium for the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam. The venue is currently used mostly for athletics, other sports events and concerts. When completed, the stadium had a capacity of 31,600. Following the completion of the rival De Kuip stadium in Rotterdam in 1937, the Amsterdam authorities increased the capacity of the Olympic Stadium to 64,000 by adding a second ring to the stadium. In 1987 the stadium was listed as a national monument. The 1996 Scottish Claymores season was the second season for the franchise in the World League of American Football (WLAF). The team was led by head coach Jim Criner in his second year, and played its home games at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, Scotland. They finished the regular season in first place with a record of seven wins and three losses. In World Bowl '96, Scotland defeated the Frankfurt Galaxy 32–27. Mike Middleton (American Football)
Mike Middleton (born December 4, 1969) is a former professional American football safety in the National Football League. He was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the third round (84th overall) of the 1993 NFL Draft. He played college football at Indiana University. Early years Middleton attended Western Hills High School, where he played as a running back and linebacker. In his senior season, he posted 1,620 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns, including a 250-yard, 6-touchdown game against Walnut Hills. He received All-conference and All-southwest Ohio honors.
