1994–95 SAARC Quadrangular
The 2nd SAARC cricket tournament was the second edition of the tournament. It held in Dhaka, Bangladesh in December 1994. Teams from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka participated in the tournament. Bangladesh, still an associate member of the ICC, played their full strength national side, while their neighbors sent their 'A' teams for the tournament. India won the cup after beating Bangladesh in the final. All the matches were 50 overs affair. The teams Following the disappointing performances of Bangladesh in the ICC Trophy early that year, there were a number of changes in the team. The South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) is the regional intergovernmental organization and geopolitical union of states in South Asia. Anisur Rahman (cricketer)
Anisur Rahman ( bn, আনিসুর রহমান; born 1 March 1971, in Dacca) is a former Bangladeshi cricketer who played in two ODIs from 1995 to 1998. He also stood as an umpire in nine ODI games between 2014 and 2018, and in 13 Twenty20 Internationals between 2012 and 2018. The early days The tall left armer was successful with the ball in the U-19 Asia cup in 1989. There he took 3/44 against India, and 3/36 against Pakistan. He was elevated him to the national squad. Naeem Ashraf (نعیم اشرف) is a British Pakistani cricket umpire and former cricketer who played two One Day International matches in 1995. Naeem is a left-arm fast-medium bowler and a left-handed batsman. Naeem now plays for Clitheroe Cricket Club in Lancashire, England. Upul Chandika Hathurusingha ( si, උපුල් චන්දික හතුරුසිංහ; born 13 September 1968) is a former cricketer. He was also the former head coach of the Sri Lanka national cricket team.
