The 1994 World Junior Figure Skating Championships were held from November 30 to December 5, 1993 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. The event was sanctioned by the International Skating Union and open to ISU member nations. Stuart Bell (figure Skater)
Sir Stuart Bell (16 May 1938 – 13 October 2012) was a British Labour Party politician, who was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Middlesbrough from the 1983 general election until his death in 2012. He was known as the longest serving Second Church Estates Commissioner, serving in this role during the entire period of Labour government from 1997–2010. Yvan Desjardins
Yvan Desjardins (born October 6, 1975) is a Canadian figure skating coach and former competitor. He reached the free skate at two ISU Championships. Career Desjardins competed at the 1993 and 1994 World Junior Championships, qualifying to the free skate at both events. His best final result, 11th, came in 1993 in Seoul, South Korea. After retiring from competition, Desjardins became a coach, based in Rosemère, Quebec. In August 2015, he became only the 13th person to achieve Level 5 in Skate Canada's National Coaching Certification Program.
