The Campeonato Nacional Copa Banco del Estado 1994, was the 62nd season of top-flight football in Chile. The Chilean Primera División (English: First Division) is the top-tier league of the Chilean football league system. It is organized by the ''Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional, ANFP''. The league is known as the Campeonato AFP PlanVital for sponsorship reasons. Format As of the 2018 season, 16 teams compete in the league, playing against each other two times, home and away. Relegation and promotion Currently, the two teams with the worst scores in the season, are relegated to Primera B, and replaced by the Champions and Runners-up of this Division. Everton De Viña Del Mar
Everton de Viña del Mar is a Chilean football club based in the city of Viña del Mar. The club was founded 24 June 1909 after a group of Anglo-Chilean teenagers formed a football club and named it after the English team Everton who had recently completed a pioneering tour of South America. Jaime Eduardo Riveros Valenzuela (, born 27 November 1970) is a Chilean former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. Club career Background He began his career in 1992 at Rancagua side O'Higgins, near Quinta de Tilcoco, town where Riveros born. In his first full season was loaned to Deportes Santa Cruz on a season long deal. Gabriel Rafael Mendoza Ibarra (born 22 May 1968), commonly known as Coca Mendoza for his similarity with the television actress Coca Guazzini, is a Chilean former professional footballer who played as a right-back and central midfielder.
