Mamelodi Sundowns
Mamelodi Sundowns Football Club (simply known as Sundowns) is a South African professional football club based in Mamelodi, Pretoria in the Gauteng province that plays in the Premier Soccer League, the first tier of South African football league system. Founded in the 1970s, the team plays its home games in the Loftus Versfeld Stadium and Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium. Sundowns have won the Premier League title a record 12 times since its inception in 1996, hold the joint record of 3 National Soccer League Championships and have won 15 league titles in total. It is currently the most successful football club in the South African PSL era. They won the 2016 CAF Champions League, 2017 CAF Super Cup and were voted the 2016 CAF Club of the Year. Pilkington is a Japanese-owned glass-manufacturing company which is based in Lathom, Lancashire, United Kingdom. Bush Bucks
Bush Bucks is a South African association football club. The club was founded in 1957 and originally based in Mthatha in the Eastern Cape. In 2001, the team moved to East London. It was nicknamed ''Imbabala (The Bucks)''. History The club was formed by a former official of the Bush Bucks club from Durban who had moved to the area. It was named Umtata Bush Bucks and played at the South African top level ( NSL) from 1976 to 1994, managing to win the league in 1985, 4 finishes in the top-7, They won two Telkom Cups (in 1993 and 1996). They remained at the top level (renamed PSL), moving to East London (outside of the former homeland of Transkei) in 2001, until suffering relegation at the end of the 2002/03 season. They returned after only one season, but were relegated again at the end of 2005/06 season. 1991 NSL Second Division
The 1991 NSL Second Division (known as the OK League for sponsorship reasons) was the seventh edition of the second tier competition organised by the National Soccer League. It was divided into two divisions known as streams. Streams O-Stream K-Stream Championship playoff ---- Cape Town Spurs won the Championship. The New Republic Bank Knockout Cup A new cup for the NSL Second Divisions teams was introduced in 1991 sponsored by the New Republic Bank.
