Scandinavian Raceway
Anderstorp Raceway, previously known as Scandinavian Raceway, is a motorsport race track in Anderstorp (Gislaved Municipality), Sweden and the sole Nordic host of a Formula One World Championship Grand Prix, when the Swedish Grand Prix was held for six years between 1973 and 1978. Track history The track was built on marshlands in 1968 and became an extremely popular venue in the 1970s, just as Swede Ronnie Peterson was at the height of his career. It has a long straight (called ''Flight Straight'', which is also used as an aircraft runway), as well as several banked corners, making car setup an engineering compromise. Unusually, the pit lane is located halfway round the lap. The raceway hosted six Formula One Swedish Grand Prix events in the 1970s. Alan Samuel Jeffrey (born 18 October 1963) is a former Irish cricketer. A left-handed batsman and left-arm medium pace bowler, he played 11 times for the Ireland cricket team between 1984 and 1989 including one first-class match and three List A matches. Playing career Jeffrey made his debut for Ireland against the MCC in June 1984. He played against the West Indies later that month and made his List A debut the following month against Surrey in the NatWest Trophy. He played against Wales eleven days later, but did not play for Ireland again for almost three years. He returned to the Irish side for a match against Northamptonshire in June 1987, before playing six times in 1989. Simon Buckmaster
Simon Buckmaster (born 15 January 1961) is a British former professional Grand Prix motorcycle racer. He participated in 50 Grands Prix races between 1984 and 1992. His best season was in 1989 when he finished 12th in the Championship. Career Buckmaster made his first Grand Prix appearance at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in 1983, but failed to qualify. He returned in 1984 and successfully qualified for the race. Buckmaster became a Grand Prix regular in 1985. Riding a privateer Suzuki he made five starts but scored no championship points. In 1986 Buckmaster switched to Honda and competed in all of the races. His best finish was 15th place at the Dutch TT. Buckmaster continued to ride a Honda in 1987 season, starting in 12 races but failing to score any points. Buckmaster had a career-best season in 1989 when he finished 12th in the Championship. Manfred Fischer (born 6 August 1995) is an Austrian footballer who plays for Austria Wien. Career Manfred Fischer started his career at his hometown club Union Birkfeld. In 2006 he moved to the youth teams of SC Weiz. Three years later, the academy of Grazer AK got aware of the talented young player from Eastern Styria. At Grazer AK he also played for the reserves team, but after financial difficulties the club went into administration and had to release all players. Boet van Dulmen (; 19 May 1948 – 16 September 2021) was a Dutch Grand Prix motorcycle road racer. Together with Wil Hartog and Jack Middelburg, he was part of a contingent of Dutch riders who competed at the highest levels of Grand Prix racing in the late 1970s. Van Dulmen was known for his skill of riding in wet weather. In 1979, he won his only 500cc race at the Finnish Grand Prix.
