The 1986 Indianapolis Colts season was the 34th season for the team in the National Football League (NFL) and third in Indianapolis. The team finished the year with a record of 3 wins and 13 losses, placing last in AFC East division. The Colts did not win a game until Week 14, when they defeated the Atlanta Falcons. Vinny Testaverde
Vincent Frank Testaverde Sr. (; born November 13, 1963) is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 21 seasons. He played college football at Miami, where he was an All-American and won the Heisman Trophy in 1986. Testaverde was drafted first overall by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 1987 NFL Draft. After leaving as a free agent, he signed with the Cleveland Browns and was among the personnel transferred to the newly created Baltimore Ravens during a controversial relocation of the team. He then joined the New York Jets, where he achieved his greatest success. John Marshall (American Football)
John Marshall (October 2, 1945 – November 2, 2021) was an American football coach. His final NFL stop was defensive coordinator for the Oakland Raiders from 2009–2010. Marshall, a coaching veteran of over 40 years, was mostly associated with coaching linebackers. He earned two Super Bowl rings during his time with the San Francisco 49ers, where he was an assistant. Marshall coached linebackers for the Detroit Lions in 2002, where he was on the staff of Marty Mornhinweg. George Hill (American Football)
George Hill (April 28, 1933 – November 10, 2020) was an American football coach who worked as an assistant in college football and in the National Football League. He was the defensive coordinator of the Miami Dolphins from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, he served as the team's linebacker coach under Don Shula. Keith Rowen
Keith Rowen (born September 2, 1952) is an American football coach. He served as the offensive coordinator for the Arizona Cardinals in 2005 until he was fired in October 2006 the day after the Cardinals lost to the Bears after leading by 20 points. He then moved to Atlanta, where he was the Falcons' tight end coach for the 2007 season, before moving to San Francisco for an office job with the Oakland Raiders. As a player, he was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles as a Guard (gridiron football), guard in the 11th round of the 1975 NFL Draft. Phillip Leon "Chip" Myers (July 9, 1945 in Panama City, Florida – February 23, 1999) was a National Football league wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers. Early life Myers attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma. Playing career Myers was selected in the 10th round (248th overall) of the 1967 NFL Draft. The wide receiver saw little action in 12 games, with two receptions for 13 yards. Thomas Lovat (born December 28, 1938) is an American former gridiron football coach. Lovat started coaching at his alma mater Utah as the defensive line coach in 1967. Frank Joseph Kush (January 20, 1929 – June 22, 2017) was an American football player and coach. He served as the head coach at Arizona State University from 1958 to 1979, compiling a record of 176–54–1.
