1985 Norwegian Second Division
The 1985 2. Divisjon was a second-tier football league in Norway. The league consisted of 24 teams, divided into groups A and B. The winners within each group were promoted to the 1986 1. divisjon. The second-place teams of each group met the tenth position finisher in the 1. divisjon in a qualification round, with the winner promoted to 1. divisjon. The bottom three teams of both groups were relegated to the 3. divisjon. HamKam
Hamarkameratene (literally ''the Hamar Comrades''), often abbreviated to HamKam or Ham-Kam, is a Norwegian football club based in the town of Hamar. The club was founded in 1918, originally under the name Freidig. HamKam were most recently promoted to the Eliteserien in 2021. A third-place finish in 1970 is the highest position that the team has held in the top division; the club has never progressed beyond the semifinals of the Norwegian Cup, last reaching the semifinals in 1989. Briskeby Stadion has been the home ground of Hamarkameratene since 1936. The construction of a completely modernized stadium began in 2007 but has never been completed. Moss FK
Moss Fotballklubb is a Norwegian football club, founded on 28 August 1906. They play in the 2. divisjon, the third highest division in the Norwegian football league system. They played in the Norwegian top flight between 1937-1939, 1953-1954, 1977-1985 (9 seasons), 1987-1990 (4 seasons), 1996 and 1998-2002. The club came close to earning promotion to the top flight in 2005, but lost the play-off against Molde. Stadium Moss play their home games at Melløs stadion, which has a capacity of around 10,000. Because of national rules of professional license for top clubs in Norway, the stadium has only been certified for 3,085 spectators. Built in 1939, it has remained the club's home ground ever since. The record attendance is 10,085, set in 2003 against rivals Fredrikstad. A higher attendance may have been achieved in 1976 in a match against Odd, but no precise figure exists for this match because the gates broke down after around 9500 spectators had shown up. IK Grand Bodø
Idrettsklubben Grand Bodø is a Norwegian association football club from Bodø, Nordland. It was founded on 12 April 1917. Football Former Liverpool and England international full-back Chris Lawler was player-coach for the club in 1981. Its women's team was a mainstay in Toppserien for many years, and won bronze in 1986, but has not played there since the 2007 season. Bærum Sportsklubb is a Norwegian association football club founded on 26 March 1910. The men's team is currently playing in the Norwegian Second Division, after being relegated from the 1. divisjon in 2015. The club comes from Sandvika, the administrative centre of the municipality Bærum. The club was formed as ''Grane FK'', but quickly changed its name to ''Grane SK'' to include different sporting codes. The club changed its name to ''IL Mode'' in 1946 after a merger with workers' sports team ''Sandvika AIL''. It took its current name in 1969. Bærum have won Norwegian Championships in ice hockey, team handball and bandy, but now operates as a football-only club. FK Mjølner is a Norwegian football club from Narvik. It currently plays in the 3. divisjon, after having been relegated from the 2. divisjon in 2019. The club played at the top tier in 1972 and 1989. History It is named after Mjöllnir in Norse mythology. IL Hødd
Idrottslaget Hødd is a multi-sports club from Ulsteinvik in Møre og Romsdal, Norway. Founded in 1919, it has sections for team handball, gymnastics and football. It is best known for their men's football team, which since 2015 plays at Høddvoll, whose stated capacity is 4,081. FK Jerv
Fotballklubben Jerv is a Norwegian football club from Grimstad. ''Jerv'' is the Norwegian name for wolverine. They currently play in the Eliteserien. History The club was founded in 1921, as Vestergatens FK, named after the street in which the foundation took place, but later changed name to Djerv and then Jerv. In the 1970s and 1980s the team had a number of foreign coaches, including Bo Johansson who managed the team in 1984 and 1985 and went on to coach several clubs and national teams. In November 2007 Jerv signed another well-known ex-footballer Tore André Dahlum as coach. In 2021, Jerv were promoted to the top division, Eliteserien, for the first time in their history.
