Karin Ekelund
Karin Ekelund (26 May 1913 – 21 December 1976) was a Swedish actress. She appeared in 29 films between 1933 and 1976. She was the first female radio producer in Sweden, producing, and later directing, for Sveriges Radio's Radio Theatre. She performed in mainly comedic films, although she did have a few serious roles to her name. She was one of the most famous actresses of her time and often drew large crowds of fans. Biography Karin Ekelund was born in Ystad, Scania, Sweden, in 1913, the daughter of professor Sam Ekelund and Anna Lindström. She graduated from Palmgrenska samskolan at 17. Ekelund studied at the Royal Dramatic Training Academy from 1930 to 1933, after which she acted in both theatre and film. Karin Kock-Lindberg
Karin Kock-Lindberg (''née'' Kock; 2 July 1891 – 28 July 1976) was a Swedish politician ( Social Democrats) and professor of economics. In 1947 she became the first woman to hold a ministerial position in Sweden. She was also the first female professor of economics in Sweden. Karin Kock was known as Karin Kock-Lindberg after her marriage to lawyer Hugo Lindberg in 1936. Biography Karin Kock was born in Stockholm, and studied at the London School of Economics and Stockholm University. She was a lecturer at Stockholm University in 1933–1938, and was appointed professor of economics in 1945, after already having functioned as such for several years. Henrik Åberg
Henrik Åberg (born 1976), is a Swedish singer who won TV4 (Sweden), TV4's ''Sikta mot stjärnorna'' in 1995, imitating Elvis Presley performing the song "Blue Hawaii (song), Blue Hawaii", and scoring chart successes in Sweden. He also represented Sweden in the European final of ''European Soundmix Show'', on 13 April 1996 in Amsterdam, performing ''Love Me Tender (song), Love Me Tender''. At Melodifestivalen 1996 he participated with the song ''Du är alltid en del utav mej'' written by Lasse Berghagen and Lasse Holm. While the song did not reach the final, it became a Svensktoppen hit for 36 weeks. Henrik Åberg then went on a summer tour with an own band, where ABBA bassist Rutger Gunnarsson was Kapellmeister. Stefan Christian Holm (born 25 May 1976) is a retired Swedish high jumper. Robert Dahlqvist (16 April 1976 – 1 February 2017) was a Swedish guitarist and vocalist best known for his nine-year tenure with the rock band The Hellacopters. He was also the lead singer and lead guitarist for Dundertåget (first known as Thunder Express), a band originally started as a side project to his work with The Hellacopters. At the time of his death at age 40, Dahlqvist had nearly completed his second solo album, under the name Strängen. Magnus Uggla
Per Allan Magnus Claësson Uggla (pronounced ; born 18 June 1954) is a Swedish artist, composer, actor, and occasional radio host. He is known for his satire, satirical lyrics. Uggla was born in Stockholm. He was the lead singer of the hard rock band JUSO (later renamed Alexander Lucas) before going solo in the early 1970s. Their influences were Black Sabbath, The Groundhogs and Alice Cooper, among others.
