The 1958 CFL season, 1958 Winnipeg Blue Bombers finished in first place in the WIFU division with a 13–3 record. In a rematch of the previous season's 45th Grey Cup, Grey Cup Final, the Blue Bombers defeated the Hamilton Tiger-Cats to win the 46th Grey Cup, and their first since 29th Grey Cup, 1941. Canadian Football League West Division
The West Division is one of the two regional divisions of the Canadian Football League (CFL), its counterpart being the East Division (CFL), East Division. Although the CFL was not founded until 1958, the West Division and its clubs are descended from earlier leagues. The Calgary Stampeders are a professional Canadian football team based in Calgary, Alberta. The Stampeders compete in the West Division of the Canadian Football League (CFL). The club plays its home games at McMahon Stadium and are the third-oldest active franchise in the CFL. The Stampeders were officially founded in 1945, although there were clubs operating in Calgary since the 1890s.
