A * Ace: Serve where the tennis ball lands inside the '' service box'' and is not touched by the receiver; thus, a shot that is both a serve and a winner is an ace. Aces are usually powerful and generally land on or near one of the corners at the back of the service box. Robert Keith Wilson
Robert Keith Wilson (22 November 1935 – 21 September 2020) was an English tennis player. Wilson reached the quarterfinals of Wimbledon four times, Forest Hills twice, and Roland Garros once during the late 1950s and early 1960s. He was also a prominent Great Britain Davis Cup team member. Grand Slam tournaments Wilson was a champion junior player, winning the 1951 British Junior Championship at age 15. He was runner-up the following two years as well as doubles champion partnering Billy Knight. While still a junior Wilson won a senior level singles match at Wimbledon in 1952, then he lost to eventual runner-up Jaroslav Drobný in the second round; the following year, he reached the third round, where he lost to eventual quarterfinalist Sven Davidson in five sets. Sergio Jacobini is an Italian former tennis player. Jacoboni was a four-time national doubles champion from Rome, active on tour in the 1950s and 1960s. He was singles champion at Aix-en-Provence in 1955. At the 1957 French Championships he had a win over ninth-seed Pierre Darmon en route to the fourth round. Henri Pellizza (21 March 1920 — 20 October 2001) was a French badminton and tennis player. Pellizza, younger brother of tennis player Pierre Pellizza, came from the city of Pau. His tennis achievements include three third round appearance at the French Championships. He won the 1942 and 1943 mixed doubles titles at the Tournoi de France (the war time Roland Garros). Staffan Oscar Stockenberg (14 September 1931 – 20 May 2019) was a Swedish tennis player. Tennis career As a junior, Stockenberg achieved significant successes and won two consecutive junior singles titles at the Wimbledon Championships, in 1948 and 1949. He also won the Swedish Junior Championship title five times from 1945 to 1949. Stockenberg's first tournament victory was at the North of England Hardcourts event in Scarborough when he beat the Polish player, Czeslaw Spychala, 6–4, 6–4 in the final. Stockenberg represented Sweden on two occasions in the Davis Cup.
