Following are the results of the 1947 Soviet First League football championship. Sixty seven teams took part in the competition, with Lokomotiv Moscow winning the championship. Soviet First League
The Soviet First League in football (russian: Первая лига СССР по футболу) was the second highest division of Soviet football,Evgeni Kazakov. While the second tier competitions in football among "teams of masters" (an official term for the Soviet professional clubs) existed since 1936, the First League has been officially formed in 1971 out of the Class A First Group. It followed the transitional 1970 season when the Class A was expanded to three groups (Vysshaya Gruppa, Pervaya Gruppa, Vtoraya Gruppa) and discontinuation of the Class B competitions for the 1971 season. FC SKA Minsk
FC SKA Minsk was a Belarusian main army football club of the Belorussian Military District, playing in Minsk. The club became the first champion of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic at regular football competitions that are played since 1934. It made its first appearance at the all-Union level (among teams of masters) in 1947 in the 1947 Vtoraya Gruppa placing last in its group. They played in the lower Soviet leagues until 1963, and then in the Belarusian SSR league until their dissolution in 1976. Dynamo, also Dinamo, (; , Belarusian: Дынама, ka, დინამო) was a sports and fitness society created in 1923 in the Soviet Union. The society was an association of multi-sport clubs whose members were drawn from the NKVD and, after World War II, the MVD and the KGB.
