Gündüz Tekin Onay
Gündüz Tekin Onay (31 May 1942 in Çankırı – 4 January 2008 in İstanbul, Turkey) was a Turkish footballer and coach who also trained Istanbul club Beşiktaş between 1976 and 1977. He is known for his success in discovering starlets and for his modesty. Additionally, he was the author of a system to explore and breed young talents for Turkish football. Career He had begun his professional career in 1957 as a player of Eskişehirspor. Respectively he played for Bursa Akınspor, Kardemir Karabükspor, Muhafızgücü, Karşıyaka, Şekerspor and Kastamonuspor beside National Army Football. He began to manage the teams when he was 26 with coaching Kastamonuspor in 1968. Afterward, he became the assistant of Abdullah Gegiç for National Team in 1969. Rıza Nur
Rıza Nur (30 August 1879 in Sinop – 8 September 1942 in Istanbul) was a Turkish surgeon, politician and writer. He was prominent in the years immediately after the First World War, where he served as a cabinet minister but was subsequently marginalised, and became a critic of Atatürk. His acclaimed autobiography ''Hayat ve Hatıratım'' was written from exile in France and Egypt as an alternative narrative to Atatürk's famous speech ''Nutuk'' that has dominated the historiography of Turkey. Like Halide Edib and Rauf Orbay, Rıza Nur's work is part of a body of early Republican literature that sought plurality in the increasingly authoritarian Turkish Republic. Mustafa Suha Arın (23 January 1942 – 1 February 2004) was a Turkish film director, writer, producer and educator. He was born in Balikesir, Turkey. He completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara. In 1965, he went to USA to receive his license degree on film directing from Howard University and his master's degree on mass communication from the American University. He also worked as a translating speaker and interviewer at the Voice of America Radio, and as the Washington DC reporter of Turkish Radio and Television. He returned to Turkey in 1974. In his productive career lasting for 40 years, Suha Arın produced about 50 documentary films, many of which won national and international awards. Aykut Oray
Aykut Oray (13 October 1942 – 11 August 2009) was a Turkish actor active between 1963 and 2009. He was, perhaps, best known for his work on the Turkish dramatic comedy series, ''Bizimkiler''. Oray also had a brief career in politics during his later life, becoming a member of the Republican People's Party. Oray was born in Üsküdar, Istanbul, Turkey, on 13 October 1942. He had been a professional actor since 1963, appearing in both film and television roles. Oray was found dead in his hotel room in Köyceğiz, Muğla Province, Turkey, on the Aegean Sea, on 11 August 2009. An autopsy carried out in Istanbul revealed that he had died of a heart attack. Oray had been staying in Köyceğiz while attending a local film festival. He was survived by his wife and two children. Şenes Erzik (born 18 September 1942, in Giresun, Turkey) is a retired football administrator. During his career he served as first vice-president of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). He was also a member of the FIFA Council.
