Mustafa El-Nahhas
Mostafa el-Nahhas Pasha or Mostafa Nahas ( ar, مصطفى النحاس باشا; June 15, 1879 – August 23, 1965) was an Egyptian politician who served as the Prime Minister for five terms. Early life, education and exile He was born in Samanud ( Gharbiyya) where his father was a lumber merchant. He graduated from el-Nassereyya Elementary School in Cairo in 1891. He also graduated from the Khedivial Secondary School in 1896. After earning his license from the Khedivial Law School in 1900, he worked in Mohammad Farid's law office before opening his own practice in Mansoura. In 1904 he became a judge in the Tanta National Court. He was dismissed from the bench in 1919 when he joined the Wafd as a representative of the Egyptian National Party. Bernhard Vogel (politician)
Bernhard Vogel (; born 19 December 1932) is a German politician of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). He was the 4th Minister President of Rhineland-Palatinate from 1976 to 1988 and the 2nd Minister President of Thuringia from 1992 to 2003. He is the only person to have been head of two different German federal states and is the longest-governing Minister President of Germany. Elections in Egypt are held for the President and a bicameral legislature. The President of Egypt is elected for a six-year term by popular vote after draft amendments to the 2013 constitution altered the presidential term limits from the original four years to six years. Suffrage is universal and compulsory for every Egyptian citizen over 18. Failure to vote can result in fine or even imprisonment, but in practice a significant percentage of eligible voters do not vote. The Saadist Institutional Party ( ar, حزب الهيئة السعدية) was an Egyptian political party. It was established in 1938 as a split-off from the Wafd party. Ahmed Maher Pasha and Mahmoud Fahmy Elnokrashy Pasha were on one side and party secretary Makram Ebeid was on the other. Party head Mostafa el-Nahhas took the side of Makram and dismissed Maher and Elnokrashy. The dismissed leaders created the new party. Watani Party
The Watani Party ("National Party", ar, ﺍﻟﺤﺰﺐ ﺍﻟﻮﻃﻨﻲ, ''al-Ḥizb al-Waṭanī'') was a nationalist political party in Egypt. Founded as political movement in 1895, the Watani was led by Mustafa Kamil Pasha, a Francophile journalist from Alexandria. The Watany platform was composed mainly by the city bourgeoisie, monarchy's sympathizers and also by the Khedive Abbas II, a noted anglophobe. The party also published a newspaper from 1900, '' Al Liwa'' (Arabic: ''The Flag''), with clear anti-British views.
