Circuit De Monaco
Circuit de Monaco is a street circuit laid out on the city streets of Monte Carlo and La Condamine around the harbour of the Principality of Monaco. It is commonly, and even officially, referred to as "Monte Carlo" because it is largely inside the Monte Carlo neighbourhood of Monaco. The circuit is annually used on three weekends in April–May for Formula One Monaco Grand Prix, Formula E Monaco ePrix and Historic Grand Prix of Monaco. Monaco Grand Prix
The Monaco Grand Prix (french: Grand Prix de Monaco) is a Formula One motor racing event held annually on the Circuit de Monaco, in late May or early June. Run since 1929, it is widely considered to be one of the most important and prestigious automobile races in the world, and is one of the races—along with the Indianapolis 500 and the 24 Hours of Le Mans—that form the Triple Crown of Motorsport. The circuit has been called "an exceptional location of glamour and prestige". Paul Pietsch (20 June 1911 – 31 May 2012) was a racing driver, journalist and publisher from Germany, who founded the magazine '' Das Auto''.Glückwunsch zum 100. Antonio Brivio (Sometimes shown as Marchese Sforza Brivio; 30 January 1905, in Biella, Vercelli, Italy – 29 January 1995) was an Italian bobsledder and racing driver. Auto racing career Among his greatest successes in the field of sports cars include a victory in the 24-hour race at Spa-Francorchamps (1932), two victories in the Targa Florio (1933 and 1935) and a win at the Mille Miglia (1936). His greatest success in Grand Prix races were a third place in the Monaco Grand Prix in 1935 and German Grand Prix in 1936. He stopped racing after winning Mille Miglia in his own category in 1952. Clemente Biondetti (18 October 1898 – 24 February 1955) was an Italian auto racing driver. Born into a working-class family, Biondetti raced motorcycles before turning to automobiles where he had greater success. Biography Born in Buddusò, Sardinia, into a working-class family, Biondetti began his racing career in motorcycles in 1923 but in 1927 turned to automobiles. By 1931 his performance earned him a spot in Grand Prix motor racing with the Maserati factory team. His success racing on circuits was minimal, but he was one of the best in tough endurance events. Driving an Alfa Romeo 8C 2900b, Clemente Biondetti won the 1938 Mille Miglia for sports cars and at the Coppa Ciano finished second in the voiturette class then third in the main event. László Hartmann
László Hartmann ( Hungarian: ''Hartmann László''; 17 August 1901 – 16 May 1938) was a Hungarian Grand Prix motor racing driver. Despite showing little aptitude behind the wheel while training for his road licence, Hartmann went on to become one of Hungary's leading competition drivers of the pre-World War II period. He began his racing career in the late 1920s, driving his own privately entered Hupmobile in local circuit and hillclimb events. He soon graduated to a true racing car, buying a Bugatti Type 35B from compatriot Count Tivadar Zichy in 1929. Carlo Maria Pintacuda
Carlo Maria Pintacuda (18 September 1900 – 8 March 1971) was a motor-racing driver from Italy. Pintacuda was born in Florence on 18 September 1900. He was one of the greatest drivers from the "Florentine School" alongside Emilio Materassi, Gastone Brilli-Peri, Clemente Biondetti and Giulio Masetti, and won two editions of Mille Miglia races, in 1935 and 1937.
