The 1915 Carlisle Indians football team represented the Carlisle Indian Industrial School as an independent during the 1915 college football season. Led by Victor Kelly in his first and only season as head coach, the Indians compiled a record of 3–6–2 and were outscored opponents 196 to 85. Victor Kelly
Victor Murat "Chock" Kelley (October 31, 1887 – July 25, 1958) was a college football player and coach. He played quarterback for the Texas A&M Aggies football team and would later become the coach of the Carlisle Indians football, Carlisle Indians. Carlisle paid him a salary of $4,000 a year.
